To share with one nice guy and girl in a well lit split level attic conversion flat with 3 double rooms in Birdhurst Rise only 5 mins walk from South Croydon Station.

Nina and Fred are really lovely and I would like to find someone nice.


The double room available for rent is fully furnished with a wardrobe , bedside table, Muji bed and mattress with room for under bed storage, desk, and a chest of drawers. There is a lounge diner. The flat has the usual mod cons. TV, washing machine and dryer, microwave etc… (stools in dinning table now have tall chairs) A communal garden out the back. Bills inc based on someone working typical weekday (not 2am shift work) 9 - 5 with the odd WFH day.

This is place is probably suited for a professional, someone who is friendly, fairly tidy, that is fairly relaxed and looks after the place

Johnny who is leaving has been living here for a couple of years will be sorely missed.

Location is also within walking distance to East Croydon Station. There are lots of buses. Both Stations take you to either London Victoria or London Bridge. There are trains running all night from Victoria to East Croydon due to it being on the Gatwick line and it is only about £6 cab fare to our flat.

There are tennis courts in a road opposite and other sporting amenities. The Lloyd Park Gym when open is just round the corner.
