If you need a new start there are too many horror stories about landlords or terrible roommates out there. If you just want somewhere friendly & safe that feels like a home then this is the place for you.

The last two tenants that have had to leave both have said my property is the only other place than their parents’ property to feel like home, so hopefully that’s a bonus for people ;)

The small double is available to rent from 1st November. The deposit is a month’s rent, just to cover in case of similar emergency.

If you don't mind living with a chilled gay man, an equally chilled straight man, and a couple who keep to themselves… We range in age from 21 to to 44.

The room has a built-in cupboard, series of drawer baskets, a bedside table, two shelves, and a bed (with a mattress replaced this year) Feel free to add to the room what you will if there is room for it, but it is the smallest. The rent on this room will never go up. You have it in writing. It’s at the max I’m willing to charge & that’s only because every bloody thing has gone up & it’s bills included here.

One of the biggest draws for people is apparently Hugo the chihuahua. Full name Hugo Francis Mann. Don't judge me because I named him after two people from Made In Chelsea... I don't even watch it anymore. ;)

I'm actually an actor, and character model, although taken some time off due to anxiety, and do some pet sitting (only small & medium dogs if they visit at home).

As long as you are open-minded and fun I'm sure we'll get along. I have a big sense of humour, as hopefully you can see. I’m also really spiritual after losing my parents, and a light witch, so candles & incense can happen in the house. Safely though! And only good. Lol

It may seem expensive for the size, but I am doing my best to keep costs down (considering bills are included) despite the energy/world crisis!

Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hobs, and sensitive smoke alarm in the large kitchen & dining area, and plenty of garden chairs for when we want a few buddies over in the garden.

The bills ARE included. We obviously have wifi/broadband... On top of that in the lounge I have Netflix, Disney Plus, Now & Amazon Prime. I'm a massive gaymer, so I have a PS4 too! Only one tenant tends to join Hugo and I in the lounge at the mo, but I don’t bite. Always happy to have shows going with whomever, and hopefully you have a geeky side!

We are a twenty minute walk from Staines Station & 10 minutes from Egham station. Literally bang in the middle in a lovely area, right near the large Sainsbury’s.
