I have a single room for rent on a LODGER basis. The room is a decent size for a single room. Has wardrobe, chest of drawers , and a memory foam matress on a low bed frame.

Professionals only please. 5 Day let preferred but would consider a full 7 day let depending on circumstances.

I am a very quiet individual , dont drink, dont smoke. Im afraid you must be similar. If you like a drink and / or you smoke, please disregard this advert. Also if you are prone to make a lot of noise, or like listening to loud TV's / music, again please disregard this advert.

FACE COVERING POLICY:
In these crazy times, I think it only fair to point out that I am 'Face Covering Exempt' My exemption means it causes me distress to either wear a mask and / or see other wearing them. I know how ineffective and dangerous they are. Just as businessess and establishments are free to insist on face coverings, I am also free to insist they not be worn in any part of this property at any time.. This includes anyone coming to view the property. If you feel uneasy with this condition I totally respect your right to choose to wear a face covering anywhere that allows them to be worn so please respect my right to insist they are not worn inside my property.

This room would therefore suit someone that also has a mask exemption and also does not believe, without question, what the government says. Just as establishments that insist masks be worn are not deemed to be discriminating against non mask wearers, nor therefore can I be deemed to be discriminating against mask wearers. If you do not agree with this policy I respect your position and ask you respect mine and therefore please do not apply for the room.

There would be a small extra charge for electricity and gas per month, agreed before the let starts, but would be no more than £25pm. Council tax, Water Rates & Internet are included. Internet is high speed, fibre optic.
