The entire flat including the kitchen and bathroom has been updated and modernised. There is a 65’ tv in the lounge/dining room, with Netflix and Prime on which you would be welcome to use. There is a small communal garden, which also has storage space for bikes. If desired you can have a 40 inch tv in your room to plug a laptop etc into. The internet is 300mb - so working from home is not a problem.
The flat is my home, and I’m looking to share it with someone who is around my own age and professionally employed. I also enjoy seeing friends at the weekend, going to the pub and (attempting to) spend a fair amount of time at the gym.
