I am looking for a professional for one double room in my house, bills included.

A Monday – Friday am and every other weekend tenant as I come back every-other weekend Fri PM- Mon am with my family.

The house is clean, neutrally decorated and fully equipped with everything you need including WIFI.
The room I’m offering is facing the garden.
It comes with a cupboard, double bed, wardrobe and bedside table.
There is a lock to the bedroom door.
The house has a new open plan large kitchen-diner/lounge opening onto the garden. There is a TV and comfy sofa for relaxing.
The new bathroom has a bath with shower over.
There is a washing machine.
On street parking – no restrictions/meters
Everything is clean and well looked after.

I am looking for someone who is working full time and but needs a great and convenient base.

I am very easy to get on with. Looking for to the right candidates only.
