Room in Surbiton

Hi there,

I am moving in to my new flat on the 29th of July. I am looking for someone to move in with me. The flat is above a pub and includes all the bills including WiFi. There is a beer garden out the back as well and it has free parking.

The room available is a double bedroom which has lots of space.

The flat is 2 double rooms with a tiny single room which will be a snug room to share. 1 large bathroom and a kitchen with all accessories.

I am looking for someone/ a couple who are laid back and easy to get on with. I am a masters student and work full time so hopefully someone who isn’t to loud. I do however like to socialise and happy to go down stairs for a drink or 5 when I’m off.

When we move in, the place will probably need cleaning which I am happy to do. The furniture will all be removed. So if your looking for a fresh start with someone who is laid back, local amenities and only a 10-15 minute walk to Surbiton train station then please get in contact.
