The house is fully furnished with a fully kitted out kitchen with all appliances and there is plenty of storage space.

The house is situated in Surbiton with local shops, pub, gym, a great cafe and take aways just around the corner. Everything that you need in a local community!

Surbiton station is only a 7 minute walk away with a fast train to Waterloo taking only 15 minutes and 25 minutes on the slow train.
Kingston shopping center is a 5 minute bus ride.

The house consists of a good sized kitchen/diner, bathroom, separate shower room and separate toilet. There are six bedrooms in total.

Rooms available -

Large Bedroom on the first floor. There is a shower room on first floor and bathroom on 2nd floor. £750.00 per month.

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. large window with blinds.

Desks are available for all of the rooms if wanted.

There is also a back garden and parking for one car on the driveway, this is not guaranteed parking. It is on a first come first served basis. There is plenty of on-road parking in the area.
