This is a Luxury floor in a 2 bed apartment, on one of Surbiton's River roads. Equal distance from relaxing walks on the river as to the highstreet amenities and 18 minute fast train into London.

The dedicated floor itself has an En-suite bathroom, large patio / sunken balcony and a very large - triple walk in wardrobe which is lockable and can act as storage when not using the space.

I am a digital creative and coach during the week and on weekends i spend time in my hut in my woods and do foster care relief work once a month, hence the 5 day a week offer.

I think my space would be perfect for someone who needs a place of work to go to that is more inspiring and more controllable (covid related) than a coffee shop or coworking space. Also would work well for people who need to be in London for meetings during working weeks.

We have 100mb internet line which allows for uninterrupted zoom calls and perfectly quiet for conferencing and recording.
