- £920 deposit
- Tenancy signed through Wallakers estate agents and deposit kept with the DPS
- Great landlord, I’ve lived here for 2 years and repairs are prompt and of good quality

- Happy to consider singles or couples, professionals only
- No pets, no smoking indoors but vaping is allowed
- As all communal furniture is mine, I’m looking for someone clean and respectful
