We have a fully furnished double bedroom available for rent (we will provide a double bed, large wardrobe, desk and bookcase - we can remove the desk and book case if you do not require them.. Your bedroom will be provided to you with a key lock. Bedroom has a large window overlooking the garden.
The rest of the house is communal, this includes bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, conservatory, downstairs toilet and garden.
Off-street parking space is available on our driveway should you need it.

In terms of transport, we are:
- A 10 minute walk from both Tolworth and Malden Manor train Stations - 15 min journey to Wimbledon, 25 min to Waterloo.
- 1 min walk from K1 bus stop to go straight to Kingston / New Malden depending on direction you take.
- 3 minute walk from 265 bus stop going through New Malden (7 min journey) to Putney Bridge
- 7 minute walk to 281 and 406 bus stops, also going into Kingston or Epsom, depending on which direction you take.

The surrounding residential area is quiet and friendly.
We have limited storage in the garage - you are welcome to use this if we are able to accommodate.
We do not permit overnight guests, however you may have guests visit during the day in communal areas of the house.
There should be no loud music past 10pm.
