I’m moving out of my 1 bedroom flat and looking for someone to replace my tenancy which has 13 months left on it. This may be negotiable with the landlord, providing you pass referencing.

The flat is part of a superb period conversion right in the heart of Surbiton. It has a spacious reception room with a newly fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and a private patio garden that catches the sun beautifully. The flat also has a private entrance and an allocated parking space.

The flat comes unfurnished however I will be moving into shared accomodation so I am happy to negotiate some of the furniture being left behind if you need it, for a small fee, once I have confirmed what I will need to take with me.

Adelaide Road is a just a 5 minute walk from Surbiton's High Street where there is a Waitrose, M&S food and a Sainsbury’s as well as nice pubs, cafes and restaurants to eat at. Surbiton mainline train station is at the top of the high street where you can catch a fast train to Waterloo in 30 minutes. It also stops at Wimbledon, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and other smaller stations on the way if needed. You can also get to Guildford in 30 minutes by train.

Kingston-upon-Thames is a 10 minute bus ride away or a nice 20 minute walk along the river, where there is plenty more places to eat and drink as well as a shopping centre. My favourite part of Kingston is the market place where there are a range of street foods stalls and beautiful buildings.

Bushey Park is close by as well as lots of smaller green spaces for you to explore and for a short drive you can get to places like Hampton Court and Richmond.
