It's a large room with access to the front garden. It includes a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a desk.
Your flatmates would be two girls in their final year in Filmmaking at Kingston Uni. Everyone is generally very busy and doing their own thing, but hangouts are frequent.
Bills are 40 a month.
There is a 200 pound agency fee.
