Hi I'm looking for an easy going professional to rent a spare double bedroom in my house. Short term lets also available from 1 week.

The bedroom (see photo) is on the ground floor with a king size bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

The room is opposite the downstairs bathroom which has a large walk in shower (100 cm X 90cm) basin and wc.

The house has a lovely large kitchen / lounge (see photo) with bifold doors overlooking a south west facing garden for those of you that like sunshine!

Location is quiet near the river and very close to the Nuffield gym on Portsmouth Road with a 16 min walk or 5 min bus (or bike) into Surbiton train station (fast trains to Waterloo).

Parking is available on the street outside the house via a permit £100 per year.

All bills (note: excludes landline / cleaning ) are included with broadband plus use of washing machine and tumble dryer.

I live with my partner we are both easy going professionals in our forties. My partner’s kids come to stay with us Friday nights into Saturday most weekends, they are aged 7 and 11 and both very sociable and well behaved and very accustomed to sharing the house with guests.
