Wonderful Loft Apartement for 10 weeks

Hi everyone, I'm the lucky one now because I got a job for 10 weeks which is great in these uncertain times.... However the assignment is abroad so I need to leave my beautiful and spacious studio temporarily in Sutton High Street. I'm looking for someone who would be happy to stay in until the middle of October. Train station is 5 mins walk and it takes you to Victoria or Clapham Junction in 20 mins so it's very easy to work/ go out in central. If you prefer local life, you can find everything on the high street from food to clothes and pubs. There are 3 parks nearby to run there or just have a picnic or walk. Air con for cooling/ heating.
This is a massive minimalist space and I'm really happy to live here. I offer this relaxed ecperience to any lovely person who wants to be free from crowded London box flats for a little while. i have a few plants so the only condition is that I'm looking for someone who wills to water them weekly. The space can be good for couples, too, but the rent is 100 pounds more expensive then. I rent from the same agency for years, all paperwork will be done for you and 1 months deposit is needed.
