A double bedroom with your own bathroom is available on a FULL-WEEK basis at £800/month (for single occupancy) and £1200 (for a couple) with all bills included.
Weekly stays are accepted (£200/£300 for singles and couples accordingly).

The room is south-facing and overlooks a park (joggers paradise). It is fully furnished, with lots of storage space.

The kitchen is shared between a landlady’s family of 2 and you.

No cyclists, I'm afraid, as there is no storage space for your bicycle. However, if you drive, there is free parking outside the building on a "first come-first served" basis.
No smokers or drug users shall apply.

The house is a 7 min walk to CRI and Marsden Hospital. It is also 3 min walk to Belmont Station, with Sutton Station being the next stop. Trains from both take you towards Victoria and beyond as well as to South/South-East.
Sutton has a very wide bus and train network for Central London (and beyond), Wimbledon, N. Cheam with big Tesco store, Croydon, Kingston, Morden, Leatherhead, Epsom, Redhill, Brighton .... as well as to Gatwick and Heathrow airports.

Sutton High Street has it all: two shopping centres, cafes, takeaways, bars, restaurants, a few nightclubs, a few superstores (Sainsbury's, M&S, Morrisons, Lidl, Asda), and all essential High Street shops/stores. French and Italian markets are held 2-3 times a year too.
