After our long term tenant has sadly decided to move on, we have to offer this lovely studio which is attached to our home.

You have your own entrance and small garden which leads into a spacious and bright studio consisting of two two seater sofas, double bed, wardrobe and kitchen area along with a separate shower room, toilet and sink.

Furniture can be removed if you have your own.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED (gas, electric, water & council tax) and your deposit will be registered with the protection scheme.

The studio is situated in a great area with a local park within a minute or two walk , excellent commuting links and lots of places to shop, eat and socialise.

We are looking for someone to make this their long term home just like our current tenant has.
Ideally, this would suit one person, non smoking, no pets and someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of their surroundings as well as ours.
