A double bedroom in a spacious 2 bedroom flat situated in south Sutton. Sutton train station, the high street and local Morrison’s are all a 5 min walk away with plenty of bars on the high street.

Off site parking is available but it’s not always guaranteed, however I have a garage that can be used and you can also get a permit for street parking.
This is advertised at a discount because I try to also rent my bedroom out on a Monday to Friday basis. this can be quite irregular so when I'm not, I use my bedroom. When I do I have a discreet foldaway bed in the living room that's in the corner. I always try and choose individuals who are respectful and have minimal impact on your time here. Currently no one is staying.
