Double room in friendly houseshare

Relaxed house looking for another tenant.

There 4 bedrooms in the main part of the house and one person in a studio downstairs to the side.

To be honest, this house is generally so quiet. You don’t really ever realise there’s 5 people total in here. On some weekends / evenings you won't see anyone.

The studio downstairs is separate with own bathroom/kitchen so only 4 people in the main house have the kitchen and two bathroom/shower rooms to themselves.

The room has a king size bed with some drawers inbuilt either side plus a triple wardrobe and chest of drawers. As you can see in the pics, we’re currently having the whole house, plus this room, redecorated. (Laminate flooring will be put in when bought in the sales).

Along with the 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms. There’s a shared kitchen and lounge plus garden. There’s also Sevvy the ghekko who lives upstairs.

In this house, everyone gets on but there’s no expectation to be in each other’s faces. The rule in this house is no drama.

We think it’s a pretty decent house to live in.

We're a 10 min walk from Sutton high street, 15/25 min bus ride from Morden and 7 mins walk from Sutton common station / 20-25mins from Sutton station.
