Room to Rent in House

I am looking for the right person to join me and my friend at my house. For me it is more about finding the right person rather than just someone.

We have a very chilled out environment, nice large shared kitchen, lounge, conservatory and decent sized garden. parking on the road (No permits needed). bills, fibre internet, council tax all included. Upstairs bathroom and a downstairs loo.

Me and my friend are young people so we go out drinking on the weekends but we work 9-5 mon-fri so preferably we will find someone who also works mon-fri.

The room is 2.42m by 2.65m with a decent sized almost walk in cupboard built over the stairs. it has a small double bed 4ft wide with a mattress in at current. I'm happy to put up shelving and have no problem with posters.

I am not keen on drugs at all. I am fine with smokers as long as you smoke outside like my friend currently does. I have only recently got the house so i am still working towards fixing things like the decking and the garden shed. And there will likely be some decorating at somepoint while you live there but i will let you know and you can even help me decide.

Like i said i am very much looking for the right person, our age with similar interests. I don't want to feel like a landlord i want to feel like i live with friends.
