Sockets in lounge area and kitchen are duel power to USB points. The studio is at the rear of the main house garden and is detached from other accommodation. The garden is surrounded by fencing has dusk to dawn lighting and is covered by security cameras. It is also only accessible via the front electric gates and its own lockable garden gate entrance. It has a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer in a nearby building.

It exits onto a large decking area and has the use of garden furniture situated outside its doors. Also directly outside at the seating area is a pond and waterfall feature.

All bills (TV, Internet, council tax, water) are included except electricity which is on a dedicated meter for the studio.

Only professional people need apply. The studio would suit an individual who likes to live quietly and isolated. No couples. The studio is intended for use strictly by one person only. It is situated within minutes of the Fidelity international offices.

References will be taken prior to a person being accepted.
