Hi my name is Shaheen, I'm a young, easygoing 38 year old, female looking to move out of my amazing 2 bed flat as I'm moving in with my fella.

I have available a 2 double rooms in two bed flat (for single occupancy). I'm hoping the persons moving in would be comfortable sharing a bathroom as I only have one in the flat. So if you are clean and tidy that would be grand!

You might already be two buddies looking to rent the entire flat or a singleton looking for just 1 room only (in which case I'll keep your preferences in mind). Housemates can be of any age, profession, gender or background... Lgbtq welcome.

Although the bedroom is for single occupancy, I fully welcome the housemate having family and friends over, there is a spare sofa bed in the living room for stayovers.

The flat is homely with large windows that allow plenty of natural light, there is an open plan kitchen and a very non romantic balcony that overlooks the main road and a bus station.

The flat is fully furnished, including bedroom furniture and I have kitchen equipment which I can leave for new housemates to use. I also have two fridge, freezers so each person gets one to themselves... Bonus!

The room is available from July. I'm happy to consider 3 month short stays although ideally 6-12 months onwards is preffered.

Thornton Heath has great connections to Central London and frequent night buses around the corner, there is also an awesome variety of places to eat... McDonald's, kfc and lots of independent Indian and Carribean takeouts.
