Downstairs consists of a large open well-lit living space which makes up the heart of the house with two sofas and a large widescreen TV. There is a small dining area and a separate kitchen with full amenities. The house has unique wall to wall windows and doors that connect you to a large, leafy garden with patio and outdoor dining and BBQ.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with separate shower and bath. Both bedrooms are good sized, one is bigger which is reflected in the price. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed (600pcm) and Bedroom 1 has a superking (700pcm) . Both have new carpet.

The house has recently had a new boiler installed and has been rewired. A new front door and windows have also been installed making this a lovely quiet, safe and warm place to stay.

The house has a large TV with Sky, Internet access and BT Hive central heating.

The Neighbourhood

The House is located on a quiet, residential street with a lovely park with large children’s play area and adult outdoor gym 5 mins walk away.

Croydon Centre and shopping malls are 45min walk or 25min bus ride. The house is well located for easy trips to Balham and Crystal palace, both of which are lovely centres buzzing with local coffee shops, restaurants and great pubs.

Getting Around

The closest stations are Thornton Heath (15 min walk) and Norbury (20min walk) which take you central to London Bridge or Victoria in 25 mins.

The house is also conveniently located for Gatwick Airport; take the train from Thornton Heath to East Croydon and then 1 stop to Gatwick Airport.

The 109, 60 bus stops are a 5 min walk away which take you to Brixton and the Victoria Line Tube station in 30mins.
