Single room in a beautiful shared house

Room for rent in Tolworth, 5 minutes from the bus stop (281, K1, K2, 406, 418) in a peaceful, quiet area.. Iceland ,Poundland , fast food restaurants, Costa within 5 minutes walk. There is a small garden, ideal for chilling, and making bbq. It is a 3 floor house, every floor has it's own bathroom. Downstairs and the top floor only one couple live. I am looking for a mate to the middle floor, where is my room as well. Car parking is available at the front yard, motor and bycicle can be parked at the backyard in a garage. The house itself is quite new, the windows are new, so the house is very warm at winter. The equipments in the kitchen are brand new, like the owen, the fridge and the washing machine as well. The Tolworth train station within 5 minute walk. The mattress in the room is brand new.
