Huge Penthouse Apartment Private Parking Included

Hi,
I have a double room available in my huge penthouse apartment. It has a huge lounge/diner which you will have full use of and as I have an ensuite bathroom, the other bathroom will effectively be yours. there is a massive amount of storage space as the penthouse spreads across the entire top floor of the apartment block.
I have sons who will be at the property every other weekend and one night a week but other than that it will be just myself.

I am looking for £1000 all bills included for a single occupant or £1500 for a couple. These are subject to negotiation including if you would like to only stay midweek or on specific days.

The room can come with a double bed or you can bring your own. the room has wardrobe, desk and other storage units.

My ideal flatmate would be a professional who is comfortable around children and is sociable and friendly.
