New quality carpets throughout.
You will share the kitchen, living room and bathrooms, one bathroom being toilet and sink only, a new shower to be installed hopefully later this year.
Living room has electric recliners with inbuilt USB charger and a 65 inch TV.
The back garden is also shared and is frequented by foxes everyday you may see Deer sometimes.
I am a 54yo male, my 18yo daughter stays 1 week fortnightly (sometimes longer) she is amazing and we are both friendly and easy going. Your safety, privacy and independence is guaranteed, no criminal record. I also have two cats who are very friendly.
Upper Warlingham train station is a 10 minute walk (0.6 mile), Spacious Thameslink trains run to: East Croydon 12 mins, Victoria 30 mins (no change req'd), London Bridge 29 mins (no change req'd)
Also Whyteleafe train station (0.8 mile) perfect for commuting. via Purley, good back up if any issues on the Upper Warlingham line!
