We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children and we are able to offer exclusive use of the ground floor of our townhouse to a lodger. We also live in the house.
Lodger to occupy ground floor of townhouse. Lodger to have exclusive use of 3 rooms which are 1 bedroom/living room with double bed, 1 bathroom (shower and toilet) and 1 fully equipped kitchenette with washing machine. All rooms fully furnished. Also lodger can use outside terrace area.
Location is a 1 to 2 minute walk to West Byfleet station where there are regular trains to Woking, Guildford, London etc. Also a 1 to 2 minute walk into West Byfleet village with many shops including Tesco garage, Waitrose etc.
Location is also very near to the A3 and M25 and very near to Brooklands business park.
