Double bed en-suite close to village centre

Current flatmate is moving out and I'm wanting to stay here as the flat is spacious and bright, and it's in a great location - it's a 5 minute walk from West Byfleet train station with a 30 minute line to Waterloo; it's close to the A3 and M25 but these can be avoided when needed! There is a Tesco Extra and a Waitrose only a 5 minute drive away, with a local Waitrose on the same road as the flat.

There are several restaurants to choose from nearby and all other local amenities a 5 minute walk away as well. There's a gym close by although as I work in Chertsey I've stayed with the gym there.

Other couples in the building are friendly but quiet. There is a large communal garden at the back of the property, which I often get to myself!

The bedroom is fully furnished with an en-suite. The second bathroom has a bath which you can use as you like. The rest of the house is fully furnished but it will be your home too so bring what you like to make it feel like home (within reason!).

I work all week (normally one day at home), tend to be at the gym in the evening or out with friends. Weekends I often visit friends and family so am away, but I do like to host when I can. I like the flat being clean and tidy but lived in - not wanting it to feel like a show home! I'm flexible with who would live here: likes to socialise and wants the flat as a base, wants to get as much use out the place as possible and anything in between.
