It is cosy self contained studio minutes from the train station & west Byfleet village

You have your own entrance so you don’t need to come into the main house. In the main house we are a family of 6 (myself, my husband, our 2 boys & my parents.

The room is light & airy with laminate flooring & underfloor heating.
When it was refurbished 18 months ago, we were using it as an Airbnb & has been very popular.

The room hosts a modern kitchenette with everything you should need, including fridge/freezer, kettle, tassimo coffee machine, microwave, toaster, table top double hob & airfryer.

Furniture includes a double bed, 2 bedside tables with 2 drawers in each. There is a chest of drawers, an under bed drawer, a small bistro dining set for 2, a hanging rail & a small 2 seater sofa. There’s also a bedside table lamp & a full length mirror.

The room does not include a washer/dryer. You will need to use a local launderette or there are some excellent laundry delivery services.
There is no oven so you will need to use the airfryer instead.
We are unable to offer parking on the drive as we already have 3 cars between for drivers & there’s only 1 way in & out of the drive. Because we are minutes walk from the train station, it’s permit holders only between the hours of 11-3 Monday - Friday to stop commuters parking. Whoever rents the studio will need to to either have their car with them at work at these times or park on the next road (hollies avenue), park at the woodlands avenue car park for £4 per day or not have a car.
