AVAILABLE: 1 DOUBLE ROOM, fully furnished etc with double bed and large windows overlooking rear garden.

Free Parking available outside in street bays. 1 off street parking space available from 5pm Sunday to 6pm Friday.

These are nice rooms in a clean, quiet, cosy, old (1906) cottage style, terraced house. You will be sharing with myself (female 46 years Complex Wound Nurse) live-in landlord and one other lodger (Hannah, 38 years old, works as HCA at St Peters Hospital)

There are 3 friendly, clean cats and 1 very small, quiet and friendly dog, so animal lovers only please.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave and washing machine.

Outside patio area with table and chairs under gazebo and use of 6ft fenced private enclosed garden.

The railway station is 1 minutes walk, but there is no noise disturbance. 2 stops to Guildford, 1 to Woking or London Waterloo is 30 minutes.

There is a pub serving good food also 1 minutes walk away.

West Byfleets shops, restaraunts and all amenities are about 3 minutes walk away.

Basingstoke canal is also a 3 minute walk away for cycling/running/walking activities.

Ideal person would only be here Mon-Fri but will consider 7 day per week applicants who are quiet, busy/out a lot at weekends/stays at a partners and appreciates others waking/sleeping times and likes to keep a clean and tidy house.

***NO BILL MONEY BUT VERY OCCASIONAL HELP WITH CATS AND DOG IN WAY OF FEEDING/WALKING WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED IF I AM NOT AROUND***
