A double room recently repainted with a new bed, v point built in wardrobe etc, with a sunny quiet outlook available in an adult family home. There is a bathroom with shower over and toilet and another seperate ground floor shower straight off the combi and another toilet so easy acess to prepare for the day. This room would suit a mature, full time professional person, theres a shared breakfast area, a large kitchen and Superfast WiFi. Theres easy access to a good local supermarket, bus routes into kingston and surrounding towns and a short walk to the train station at Hampton Court, with the River Thames only minutes away...a wonderful place for recreational, social and leisure activties, jogging, walking, cycling, fishing, picnics, boating etc!! We work long daytime hours so are looking for people who do the same but who like to chat at the end of a long day, socialise together in the shared lounge or the large airy kitchen, whilst respecting each others privacy when needed. We have a cat, rehomed from Battersea Cats and Dogs home. Its a large, bright, friendly and clean house in a great location, just moved in ourselves and loving the lifestyle and amenties the area has to offer... come and have a look! ...smokers welcome but outside in garden only, thanku 😁 reference and photo I. D required, short stays considered if you are just working this way for a while! I work as a carer another in a school and one other female works in the city.
