Double room to rent - West Molesey - Mon - Fri

Desk pulls out in to a longer desk, suitable for laptop use - or it can be used as a dressing table.

Hello there!
I have a spacious double room available in West Molesey for a Monday - Friday let. Nearest bus stop is 1 minute walk which can take you to Hampton Court Station (half an hour journey to Waterloo) or directly in to Kingston-upon-Thames.

The room is recently decorated and furnished. Sheets and towels are provided, a rather large tv, with connected chromecast for all that netflixy goodness. A small desk/dresser for working at and hanging space for formal wear too. USB plug sockets for all that technical charging.

There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet upstairs and downstairs, access to a large wild garden (currently being tamed!) and a front room which you are welcome to join me in or chill out in your own space.

There is good internet access and WiFi available to use, bills are included.
There is street parking available outside the house.

I do have a cat, so this is not suitable for people with allergies. He's a friendly chap, dribbles a bit.

Locally, there are shops (general corner store, fish and chip/indian restaurant) and pubs a 2 minute walk around the corner, as well as a 10 minute walk from a lovely riverside point.

Please note, this is only a Mon - Fri let, and I do not accept couples. I may consider odd weekend stays, but at my own discretion for an additional fee. I will also consider shorter term stays (for example a week, but that can be discussed).

A bit about me, I work for a charity part time as well as taking part in voluntary work locally. I enjoy gaming, watching horror films and such on tv and getting out and about on my motorbike.

This letting would suit a professional working in the city, or a mature/professionally minded student.

Please note where I have stated smokers accepted, that is in the garden.
