So we currently have two bedrooms available in a 3 storey / 2 bathroom / 4 bedroom house.
About the house..
The house is located next to Tesco & Hurst park. It's a 30 second walk to the river and around a 15 minute walk to Hampton court. With an open plan living room/kitchen/ dining room there's plenty of space. We also have access to the garden, which is a sun trap in the summer!
Bedroom 1 : Double
Large ground floor garden room with access to own bathroom next door. ** Photos to follow**
Bedroom 2 : Single
This will come with an unused single bed & access to a built in wardrobe just outside of the bedroom - this enables the tenant to have minimal need for furniture in the room thus more space. This has also just been freshly decorated.
Drive times
Kingston Upon Thames - 10 minutes
Heathrow - 25 minutes
Hampton court / Hersham / Walton train stations - 5-10 minutes
M25 - 15 minutes
M40 - 25 mins
