The room is available from 23 August. Rent is £450 per month, all bills included and wifi included. The deposit is £400.

The flat is located in a peaceful area, 5 minutes walk from Woking town centre and train station. It's right next to Woking park. There are pubs, takeaways and supermarkets close by.

The flat has 2 levels with the living room, one bedroom and kitchen on the lower floor and the other 3 bedrooms, bathroom/toilet and a small extra toilet on the upper floor. There is space in the garage for a bicycle and anything else you might like to store in there.

The room has a single bed with a backrest and underbed storage, a wardrobe, bedside cupboard and adjustable height shelves on the wall. There is also extra storage space in the hallway cupboards just outside the room.

The flat has 4 bedrooms and there are currently 3 of us living here. A bit about us. My name is Mari, I'm from Estonia and have been in the UK for 14 years, I do garden maintenance and design. Ethan is from Zimbabwe and works as a restaurant manager. Chris is from South Africa and works with corporate logistics. We also have a very friendly kitty cat living with us. She loves people, but seems to be terrified of other cats and dogs so sadly we can't take people who have more pets. We are all friendly people and considerate housemates. No vaccine passports or other BS required :D
