If you want your own space in a room with a view, then you will love this comfortable self-contained studio room with large en-suite shower room and kitchen area. Also benefits from off road parking and use of separate laundry room shared with two other tenants, with washing machine and large sink.

The house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, on Hook Heath, overlooking Woking Golf Course and pond, but only a 5-minute drive, 10-minute off-road cycle, or 30-minute walk, from Woking town centre. On a sunny morning, you feel like you are on holiday!

I live here with my family and two other tenants, who are also in self-contained rooms. St Johns village is 5-minute's walk away with a Co-op, pharmacy, pub, excellent butchers, baker's, coffee shop, restaurants and takeaways. There are lots of woods and green spaces for walks and runs. The Basingstoke canal with a towpath alongside it takes you into Woking town centre, or Brookwood and beyond in the other direction. There are plenty of buses which run to Woking and Guildford among other places.

There is a separate entrance for tenants direct into a hall area which is clean, light, airy and welcoming. There is a sunny balcony, with chairs and table for use by tenants, at the front of the house which overlooks the golf course and pond. It is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink!

The room has views to the front of the house over the Golf Course and its pond. It is furnished, equipped and decorated to a high standard. There is a double bed, with storage under; a double wardrobe; a unit of 6-drawers, and a large wall storage unit, so there is plenty of storage space.

You can relax in the reclining leather swivel chair or on the bed. The TV is wall-mounted so can be viewed from bed/chair/kitchen area. The room has a radiator and there is high-speed broadband.

The kitchen area has a breakfast bar with view to the Golf Course and is well equipped with a full-size multi-function fan oven, a 2-ring hob, an extractor fan, a full-size refrigerator with freezer box, cupboards, drawers, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The large en-suite bathroom has a large shower cubicle, digital Aqualisa shower, basin, toilet, towel radiator and underfloor heating. There is always plenty of hot water!

The photos show the room in its current arrangement, but this will be modified. The new arrangement can be seen by looking at the floor plans in the photos.

The room is vacant now, while I arrange for some work to be done to the kitchenette and bathroom, so it may be possible to move in sooner than 28th July, if preferred.
