A short walk from local amenities, Wych Hill has a Co-Op and Morrisons superstore. There are some areas for nearby walks – Woking park and leisure centre and along Basingstoke canal. Woking has a good selection of restaurants, pubs and shops with new places opening regularly.
There is also on-street parking FREE outside the flat and possible use of car park end of flat if space.
The flat itself is a masionette with its own front door around the back. The beauty of the location is how leafy it is with landscaped gardens and plenty of trees. The flat is tastefully fully furnished.
