I am looking for a tenant interested in renting my spare room in my Modern Townhouse. The room is a very modern, light and airy room with plenty of storage and built in 32" TV. Next to the room is a family bathroom which you'll have private access to.
My partner and I live in the property and have our own Master Bedroom with En-suite.
The room would be perfect for a professional working in the area Mon-Friday. The Property would not be available from Friday AM - Monday PM, although the room would not be accessed and you'd be welcome to leave all belongings etc. in the room.
