I'm looking for 1 housemate for my recently completely renovated flat.
The property is located excellently in Woking with the town centre and train station a short walking distance. Local shops are very close by.

The rear facing double room comes with a double bed and *brand new* orthopaedic mattress. The double wardrobe is also brand new, as well as the chest of drawers. The bed doesn't have a headboard, but I will be purchasing one soon.
If you need anything else in the room, please let me know.

Kitchen, again is brand new. Combi oven and microwave, induction hob with integrated extractor fan, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble-dryer combi.
Bar stools are provided for the island side table.

The room is secured with an electronic lock, so you don't need to worry about losing keys. The locks can be opened via a key fob, or via your phone.
WiFi, Bills and council tax are included.

I'm ideally looking for 1 professional female, (or responsible student), who my wife and I can get along with. We are a professional young(ish) married couple who are pretty easy going. We just ask the same in return.
