LOCATION:
The location is ideal, in the centre of Woking town and a stone’s throw away from Woking railway station which has 12 trains an hour to London. Woking has a good selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. Guildford town centre is also nearby, with its cobbled streets, historic buildings and one of the most attractive high streets in the country. It has a great selection of designer stores, lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Guildford also has excellent transport links via two main line train stations (fast links to London Waterloo and Victoria) with the A3 and the A320 easily accessible.

The bus stop is directly opposite the house which has regular buses to surrounding towns and Guildford too. The Woking Railway station is 1 minute walk. Guildford is 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus.

The house has unrestricted free parking available from 6pm to 8am on the road. However due to being in Town Centre it is restricted from 8am to 6pm.

Pure Gym is 5-10 minutes walking distance (2-3 minutes by car) and has a fully loaded gym, fully air conditioned for your comfort, Olympic weightlifting platform, over 220 pieces of state-of-the-art equipment. Convenience stores, restaurants, Take Away's and cafés are all within 1 minutes’ walk.
Sainsbury’s is 2 minute’s walking distance whilst Morrison’s and Asda are a short distance away and the Woking Peacocks shopping centre is within walking distance (has a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars, a library, banks, post office, 2 theatres, a cinema, bowling etc.).
