LOCATION
The location is ideal, close to Woking town centre and the railway station which has 12 trains an hour to London. Woking has a good selection of restaurants, pubs and shops and a newly opened Tante Marie Cookery School. Guildford town centre is also nearby, with its cobbled streets, historic buildings and one of the most attractive high streets in the country. It has a great selection of designer stores, lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Guildford also has excellent transport links via two main line train stations (fast links to London Waterloo and Victoria) with the A3 and the A320 easily accessible.

The bus stop is a couple of minutes’ walk from the house which has regular buses to Woking and Guildford (81, 35). The Woking BR station is 6 minutes by car or 8 minutes by bus. Guildford is 15 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bus.
The house has off-road parking for 2 cars and unrestricted free parking available on the road.
Woking Leisure Centre is 15 minutes walking distance (5 minutes by car) and has swimming pools, gym, badminton, squash, tennis, table tennis, 3G football pitch, a sports hall. David Lloyd Leisure Centre is also 15 minutes walking distance.

A convenience store, hairdresser and cafe are within 5 minutes’ walk.
