It is located on the smarter, south side of town and overlooks a lovely communal garden at the back of the development. The room has a double bed, a built in wardrobe, a sizeable chest of drawers and two bedside tables. The room also comes with its own private bathroom.
The Sky TV, broadband bills and water bills are included within the rent. The rest of the bills (electricity and council tax - Band C) will have to be split with the current tenant in the apartment. The minimum tenancy period I am looking for is 6 months, with the deposit being 1 month’s rent (£700)
In terms of local amenities, Woking has a selection of restaurants, pubs, shops as well as a local cinema. Morrisons, Tesco Express, Marks and Spencer and Sainsbury’s are all within a short distance away, and London is of course very easily accessible too.
