There’s ample parking around the flat, not restricted by permits or yellow lines etc. There’s also a secure bike store within the building.

Brookwood station is a 10 minute walk, able to get you to Woking in 5 mins, or Waterloo in 34 direct. Knaphill Sainsbury’s is a few minutes walk as well. Plenty of local woodland walking areas, pubs and parks to enjoy.

I’m a full time working professional, don’t smoke, no pets, likes to go out socially few nights a week. Occasionally stay away with work.

Ideally looking for someone tidy, non-smoker, no pets.

You’ll have full access to lounge/kitchen areas to use as you wish.
