One double room for let in first floor flat in Worcester Park high street.
Available immediately, subject to requirements (see below).
Warm, cosy flat with live in landlord. The bedroom has a bed, mattress and bedding, dining table and chairs, single wardrobe, bedside cabinet and TV stand, coffee table and has wood flooring throughout, with carpet rug.
All rooms have locks fitted for privacy.
Share of the kitchen and bathroom is included as are all bills. The kitchen has the usual amenities, fridge -freezer, freezer, electric fan assisted oven, work tops and surfaces, and your own storage cupboards. There is a washing machine however, and the launderette is three doors away if things get too busy! This has a full service available. Ironing board and iron supplied however.
The bathroom has a bath and shower, washing sink, and vanity cabinets.
Current occupation consists of two males, myself the landlord and a 21 year old professional male working full time.
Transport wise, the flat is located in the high street and is about five minutes’ walk to the station; London Waterloo is half an hour. Regular buses services run through the high street connecting to Kingston and the Surbiton area, and toward Sutton. Car parking is in adjacent side streets; no permits required.
A variety of shops, cafes and restaurants are located in and around the high street. A large Waitrose and Salisbury's are within easy access. All this for 480 per month. I require a month’s deposit and one month in advance with a minimum stay of three months. References are required as well, from your employer and your previous landlord, proof of employment and previous address. Photo ID is also needed, DBS and credit check.
