It's clean and tidy with wooden flooring (no shoes in the house). It's situated in a quiet street, off the main road which has several bus routes; one way to Morden, or Sutton, the other to Worcester Park/Kingston/New Malden/Wimbledon. All bills are included plus use of kitchen facilities. We have a cat. Might suit a student looking for independent living but in a welcoming, safe and secure home. Parking also available.
