House share in rural Highland, spectacular views

Renting out few spare rooms in my own home. Located in a rural Highland area with spectacular views. Half an acre Highland garden with patio. High speed WiFi included. Two bathrooms - one with shower and bidet, the second one with jacuzzi bath. Strictly no smoking, no pets. Bills like heating and electric are extra.
My doors are open to a Professional couple, family or a single person. Available from April. Viewings are welcome but please bear in mind that it's not ready for rental yet with lots of boxes being moved around.
The double room has a double bed, with large mirrored wardrobe and a balcony. Two single rooms have build-in wardrobes. Fully furnished. Aceesss to large kitchen with large
dining table, fridge/freezer, living room with TV a home gym. Towels/bedding can be provided on request.
Needs to be seen to appreciate the location, tranqulity and the house itself. You can watch red kites gliding pass the windows, lots of wildlife, enjoy sunrises and sunsets.
