Double Room in Blaydon

Hello,
I’m Paul. Im a teacher in Gateshead. I’m looking for a house mate to take the double room in my house in Blaydon. I live with my wife and children in in Berwick Upon Tweed so I use the house occasionally to break up the commute to and from work. The house is nicely furnished and clean with TV, XBOX with a large games Library, Disney+, Prime Video, Netflix, AppleTV and Bfi Movie player subscriptions. Internet is included. There are good bus routes into Newcastle and The Metro Center; Blaydon train station is a 20 minute walk. There are local shops and amenities 5 mins away. The street leads down to beautiful Blaydon Burn which is a lovely place to walk. There is a small back yard with some outdoor seating and a front garden. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. There is a new boiler so hot water and heating are reliable and functional. There is also a working wood burning fire which is wonderful in the winter.

I’m sociable and friendly, responsible and considerate. I’m looking for someone who will respect the property and neighbours but also enjoy the property and feel safe and secure.

I’m looking for £550a month, £600 for a couple. All bills are included in that price and I will only be there, staying in the small box room one or two nights per week. On rare occasions in the school holidays I may stay with my wife and sons for a maximum of two nights in the small room. Please contact me for more details if you’re interested.
