I am looking for a new tenant to occupy the room upstairs in the house. This room overlooks the woods and is a single room.
The house has a fridge freezer, spacious living room, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven and WiFi and bath/shower.
We live at the end of Chopwell next to the woods, it's a very quiet area and has parking at the top of the street.
Up the road, there is a corner shop, around 100 meters. And there are many local amenities. We also have a larger coop in town and a bus route that is good either way to Consett or Newcastle.

Consett - 6.5 miles
Durham 18 miles.
