I've just moved into my new house in Fenham, its a three bed house with a one bed flat below, where i live. The house is all set up for lodgers, i keep one room as a music room and obviously use the garden and garage.
I travel a lot for work so midweek its likely just going to be lodgers like you, I hope.
The main room has brand new carpet and a double bed, bureau and wardrobe and comes with the parking space. The back room has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and drawers and garden views. The single room has a bed, wardrobe and folding drawer and valet stand.
