I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy asap, until September 2025, as I no longer need to live in this area. This tenancy agreement is for 9 months. But you can stay for one year. It is a classic private room in St Mary’s college hostel in Fenham.

10 min by Bus to New castle city center (Route no 36, 63 etc)
10 min by cycling to New castle city center
30 min by walk to Newcastle city.

The rent is £563.50 per month. Inclusive bills. I already paid for two months. If you expect to check in November, I can consider paying the October payment.
