The bedroom is a good double size, with a large double wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well as a 40-inch full HD LED TV with an Amazon Fire stick included, and plenty of space under the bed should you need it!

You will also have fairly exclusive use of the main bathroom (since I normally just use the en-suite in the master bedroom).

The living area has a comfortable, modern sofa, huge TV with amazon TV stick and Sky TV (via the PlayStation). The kitchen is well stocked with good quality pans, pots, cutlery and just about everything you need really (including a dishwasher!).

All bills included, including Fibre WiFi, Electricity, Water, council tax etc. High quality bedding and bathroomtowels also provided!

I'm pretty easy when it comes to house rules! Just don't leave stuff (especially used plates etc.) around and we'll be sweet. Non-smokers only please.
