A fantastic large en-suite double bedrooms in a luxury modern apartment are available either together or separately. The apartment is on the first floor in a listed old stone building with a security entry system. There is one allocated private parking. It has a commanding view, looking over the river and the beautiful cityscape of Newcastle. Just fantastic!

Amazingly convenient location: perched on the river bank in Gateshead Quayside:, the apartment is walking distance from both Newcastle and Gateshead City Centre. Only 5-7 mins walk to Newcastle Rail Station and less than 5 mins to bus stops and Gateshead Metro. A plenty of trendy cafes, bars, restaurants, gyms, and a huge Tesco Supermarket are all within a short walking distance. The riverside walk right by the flat is perfect for a stroll or jogging. The Millenium Bridge and the Sage Concert hall is also just a stone throw's away.

Yet the flat is very quiet and cozy. The clean, bright and spacious living room has incredible views over the River Tyne and Newcastle. It has high ceilings and wooden floor. A spacious kitchen is fully equipped, (fridge/freezer, cooker, washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and the crockery) , so you can just move right in.

The bedroom has a large south facing arched windows with a nice window seat and lots of natural lights. It has a comfortable King size bed, a wooden wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table. The private en-suite is a lovely space fitted with luxury range of high spec fixtures and it has a full size shower room with a double door.

The rent includes council tax, water, unlimited wireless broadband, and maintenance.

The flat is very clean and comfortable and viewing is recommended to appreciate what it offers. It is much nicer than these photos.
An obsessive and compulsive cleaner would be very welcomed.
